My stay at The Fullerton Hotel was generally excellent, with a few hiccups. The location is perfect for exploring Singapore and enjoying views of Marina Bay, and the service was great in most areas. However, I did encounter a couple of issues with room humidity that took away from the overall experience.

The King Premier Quay Room I stayed in was compact yet comfortable, featuring an excellent bay view. However, I noticed a damp feel in the room and slight odors in the closets, which detracted from my stay. The bed was luxurious and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Most staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly in the Straits Club lounge where I received really good service from Paolo. However, I did have a challenging check-in experience, as the receptionist seemed distracted and provided minimal information about the hotel facilities.
