excellent stay!
plentiful breakfast obliging servers delicious fruit
I enjoyed the plentiful and lovely breakfasts. the obliging servers brought me hollandaise sauce with poached eggs every morning. one friendly chef from the kitchen brought us paw paw fruit with squeezed lime. It was delicious!!!

very nice stay!
amazing location separate lounge caring staff
The location is just amazing. chinatown, clarke quay, and marina bay are easy to reach. we booked a lovely suite with a separate lounge. the rooms were super comfortable and of a generous size. it gave us access to the straits club where we enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. the straits club staff were so caring, especially tiara and liyana. They were just so kind.
the carpet had a very slight smell.

the hotel boasts an excellent location close to chinatown. clarke quay is nearby too. marina bay is easily accessible. these attractions are within walking distance, providing convenience for exploration.

the wait staff ensures everyone is well looked after. saisunee was dedicated and warm. she was knowledgeable about the menu. i really appreciated the staff going above and beyond.

The hotel includes a pool. Afternoon ice cream was complimentary at the pool. The location is central to city sites! There is a beautiful view of the marina.
I found a lack of draw space. There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

We stayed in the Heritage Room, and it was gorgeous! The room was well-kept with comfortable beds and refillable water bottles. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choices. The service was great from check-in to dining. I loved it!!!

Ambi at the club lounge offered very friendly service. The room included a comfortable bed and pillows. The window provided a splendid view of the Marina Bay area (it was amazing!).
The check-in lacked flexibility. The hotel did not clean rooms on Sundays. The air conditioning thermostat was not accurate.

fine stay!
attentive staff christmas decorations flavorful crab
I stayed for three days. the staff were consistently attentive. they remembered my name. It was amazing. the christmas decorations added so much charm. the black pepper crab at the lunch buffet impressed me, and it had a strong flavour. the christmas desserts also stood out. they even included a local durian gula melaka dessert, and it had a unique taste.
The pillows weren't very comfortable. I tossed and turned all night.

My room included several modern facilities. i had a fantastic view from my room. it overlooked the river. the room was spotlessly clean. It had a comfortable bed. it also had many useful amenities.

The food spread was rich, especially with the seafood selection. i loved the christmas decorations. They set a great mood. the waitress hima was warm. She was also attentive. the laksa tasted wonderful.
